# What are the criteria to become a mentee?

What are the criteria to become a mentee?

* To be eligible for the programme, you must :

* Be between 18 and 33 years old

* Have a non-EU nationality OR be French with an immigration background (at least a parent or grandparent was born outside of EU)

* Be able to express yourself in English, French or Dutch

* Have a valid French resident permit (temporary resident permits < 6 months are not taken into account)

* Be actively seeking a job
